A LITTLE BIT ABOUT
VICKKI
Regulated by CILEX Regulation, Vickki has over 25 years of experience supporting clients in securing fair compensation for life‑changing injuries. Known for her clarity, empathy, and meticulous legal drafting, Vickki has built a reputation for helping clients navigate complex disputes with dignity and confidence.
Vickki qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004 after beginning her career as a paralegal. With more than 20 years of experience leading Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence departments, she now provides services in partnership with regulated law firms.
Her clinical negligence work includes cases involving birth injuries, delayed or missed diagnoses, lack of informed consent, dental negligence, and negligent surgery. She also handles high-value personal injury claims involving spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex matters.
Beyond injury-related work, Vickki manages a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including boundary and neighbour disputes, contract and property issues, and contested probate. She oversees each case from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
My Philosophy
Accidents and disputes can have profound and lasting impacts. My role is to offer clear, expert advice and to
explore every aspect of a claim to maximise the compensation and support available. I aim to ensure
clients are both financially and emotionally prepared for
the challenges they face, including securing funding for
future treatment or care when necessary.
Clients receive honest, up‑to‑date guidance to help them make informed decisions at every stage. Whether dealing with complex injuries or distressing disputes, my priority is to provide practical, cost‑effective advice and to achieve the best possible outcome.
