Complaints Policy
We aim to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service, then you should inform us immediately.
We will do our best to resolve any problems or issues you may have. We are committed to having open and honest discussions and conversations with all our clients so that we can tackle any issues properly, promptly, and most importantly that we comply with our professional obligations as regulated lawyers.
Litigation and contentious case work
As we work with law firms as consultants, should it not be possible to resolve your concerns directly with us, we would refer you to the complaints policy of the relevant law firm. This will be provided to you at the outset and can also be found on the website of that law firm.
We would, however, ask you to contact us directly in the first instance to discuss your difficulties, which of course we would hope to resolve.
We are regulated primarily by Cilex regulation and you can also channel the complaint through our regulators on the link https://cilexregulation.org.uk/faqs-2/
In addition you can also contact The Solicitors Regulation Authority https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/
