Over the past 12 months, Vickki has handled a number of highly complex and sensitive cases, achieving exceptional outcomes for clients.
One case involved supporting a young client who had suffered life-changing injuries following a serious road traffic accident. Over several years, the case required careful coordination of medical experts and a deeply compassionate approach to ensure the client and family felt supported throughout. The successful six-figure settlement will help secure the client’s long-term future and rehabilitation.
In another case, Vickki acted in a challenging clinical negligence claim involving a delayed cancer diagnosis. Even after the tragic passing of the claimant, Vickki continued to guide the family with professionalism and empathy, ultimately securing not only compensation, but also a formal apology and changes aimed at improving patient safety.
These outcomes demonstrate a powerful combination of technical excellence and genuine care.
